I don’t think she uses dijon or marjoram in hers, either. She uses it on all kinds of things, but one of my favourites is over a mix of beans (black beans, garbanzo beans), hominy, diced bell peppers, sliced green onions, and sliced green olives. It gets better overnight in the fridge, too.
The dressing is a perfect drizzle over vegetables (roasted or fresh) and chicken breast marinade.
