There are different recommendations throughout the article and comments. In the article you give the recommendations Dr. Hyman fives and say you get that using the topical spray. But then you take additional orally with the magsrt? I am just trying to clarify.

Although one section needs editing. A woman’s levels of Estrogen and Progesterone are actually both sinking rapidly during PMS, and are at their lowest point at the point of menstruation. Ovulation is when they are the highest. However it is correct that magnesium helps so much to relieve cramping during menstruation. I wish all young women knew that, I didn’t discover the source of my extreme cramping pain until much later. 🙂

There is one reason your children are finding it hard to get to sleep; spending a lot of time on a laptop, tablet or mobile phone at night.

Doing that is what makes it hard to get to sleep. I used to do that and found I couldn’t get to sleep easily. Once I stopped spending time on my phone towards bedtime, my body and eyes were more relaxed and sleep came easily.
