I’ve been wondering this too. There are contacts that block UV light, and some that don’t. You’d have to check on the company’s website. I’m not sure if contacts that don’t block UV light affect the light signaling.

Even if it’s foggy there will still be some benefits.

Anything that creates a barrier between the eye and the sunlight can effect the benefits. Personally, I wear glasses but I keep them inside while I’m getting my morning sunlight.

This may sound silly but I have a question about morning sunlight. I would love to do this but I live on the Central Coast of California and while my backyard faces east and gets lots of light, we are generally fogged in during the morning hours. Will I gat the same benefits from sitting in fogged over sunlight? Very curious to know if it will still help.
